Ms. Ridlen brings strong organizational, management and problem solving skills necessary to efficiently and economically manage a project. She offers years of experience in managing secretarial, administrative and bookkeeping functions. The past 20 years she has owned Timesavers Secretarial Services with clients that have included US Home, Lennar Homes, Peak Public Relations, Morgan Charles Advertising, Washington Mutual, Cherry Creek Mortgage and many individuals who were self-employed but didn’t need a full time secretary. Ms. Ridlen enjoys new challenges and variety. She looks for different solutions to accomplish the end goal as required.
Technical skills include being knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Quickbooks, AMB, ACT, MS-Dos, WordPervect, dBase, Lotus 1-2-3 and others. She types 85 wpm and 10 key by touch.

Researching the internet and creating databases from information
Mass mailings from beginning to end
Creating blank forms, formats, reports
Preparing entries for home builder contests
Coordinating vendors for TV and radio ads for client promo

Procuring materials and creating “goody” bags for events
