Dr. Carol Barbeito, President of
clb & associates, has 28
years experience as an executive in nonprofit
organizations. Since 1983, she has been a
leader and expert on building the capacity
of other nonprofit organizations and the
nonprofit sector in the United States and
internationally. She combines her executive
experience and learning gained through service
to thousands of nonprofit with state of the
art knowledge gained through her commitment
to ongoing education.

Dr. Barbeito has 23 major publications including
books, videotape training kit, train the trainer
kits, directories and research reports. Her most
recent book, "Human Resource Policies and
Practices for Nonprofit Organizations" published
by John Wiley & Sons, was released September,
2004.
Her clients include a wide range of nonprofits
of varied missions, ages, sizes and geographic
reach in the United States and internationally.
She is a Senior Associate of the Australia Environment
International and a member of ARNOVA, a Friend
of Colorado Association of Nonprofit Organizations
and Executive Committee Member of the South Platte
Sierra Club.
