Consulting services are offered in governance, planning, resource development including fund raising and earned income, human resource management, evaluation and development of capacity building programs for nonprofits. Dr. Barbeito has worked with organizations from the start up phase of small grass root community nonprofits to large, complex organizations such as universities and national offices of nonprofits. Additionally, she has worked internationally since 1989. She has the ability to quickly understand her client's situation and to adapt her consultation to fit the culture, stage of development and depth of assistance needed. Services are individually tailored to each client.
