Presentations

Dr. Barbeito is often a presenter at large and small conferences where the audience is comprised of many different individuals and organizations, and she also makes presentations to the members of one organization. Presentations are always tailored to the audience to ensure the outcomes sought from the presentations and the composition of the audience drive the development of the content and the style of the presentation.

Keynotes, workshops, and more extensive presentations are all available on topics of governance, planning, human resources, resource development, research as a strategic management tool and capacity building for nonprofits. If your need is not on this list but is related to effective and efficient management and leadership of nonprofit organizations, Carol would like to talk to you about your needs to explore whether she can help or she will do her best to identify other resources to which she can refer you.

"Your presentation was well received and will continue to be helpful as we move forward on the issue."

Kevin P. Kearns, President
The William J. Copeland Fund and The Elmer J. Tropman Nonprofit Management Institute

"Kudos for a great presentation, you provided a lot of worthwhile information."

Mary Lou Phail, Topeka Community Foundation
